Qualifications;
Basic/Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in information/Instrumentation technology, computer science, or related field
• One year or more of hands on experience using database management software (preferably Siebel CRM).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project management experience
• Proficient in English; great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills; attention to details
• Customer or support related experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Specific responsibilities include:
-Managing Installed Base database in Siebel
-Ensuring quality of data is high
-Modifying existing Siebel records as required
-Daily maintenance of IB database
-Updating data based on new/updated information
-Ensuring data is cleaned up prior to addition to Siebel database
-Pursuing ways to improve overall data quality and efficiency
-Creating plan for§ regular data cleansing (mass data de-duplication, data verification and address correction). Identifying and filling data holes.
-Supporting sales & marketing initiatives with necessary analysis
-Preparing management reports
Supporting migration campaigns
-Working with IT to help scope out changes that will improve IB database management
