JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ARCHITECT OPENING
Experience: 10- 20 years
Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech / MCA
Role: Architecture & Research Group
Job Responsibilities :
1.Defining, analyzing, and reviewing business requirements, roadmap and software architecture for next generation iSAP platform and components.
2.Conducting various architectural & research activities like competitor product study, understanding the specifications, prototyping, identifying alternative solutions, providing proof of concept etc.
3.Definition, design, and review of software design, frameworks, and interfaces.
4.Enhancing the scalability of existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for optimization or refactoring
5.Ensuring that the software solutions confirm and comply with standards and specifications and up to the latest developments/technologies in industry.
6.Guiding and Grooming the Technical Leads/development team for successful implementation of concepts. Grooming Technical Leads to System Engineers/Architects in the domain.
Mandatory Skills:
1.Expertise in Java/J2EE Technologies
2.Hands-on with various Requirement analysis, Architectural and Design Patterns
3.Technical Leadership experience
4.Should be very quick learner, with an ability to quickly adapt to latest technology trends.
5.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
6.Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing challenges, issues, ambiguities, and contradictions.
7.Should have passion for innovation & to create/work on cutting edge technologies
Preferred Skills:
1.Expertise in System architecture preferably of platform/server/container natured (For example, Containers, J2EE App Server, Telecom App Server, Messaging Middleware, etc.)
2.Experience in defining system architecture for Large Scale Enterprise Applications/Large software system solutions involving large scale clustering and capacity planning
3.Experience in conducting and leading research activities, industry trend analysis, competitor analysis and proposing innovative product ideas, defining road map and solutions.
4.Knowledge of Cloud Computing architectures and/or various clustering and scaling solutions
