Technical/Team leader
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Self Motivating leaders who can mentor a team
* Minimum 7 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in leading a team in JEE environment
* Candidates must be very good in n-tiered web based architecture, JEE technologies (as below), Application servers, design frameworks and database design
* Fully conversant in full SDLC including Study, analysis, Design, Development , testing and documentation
* Client interaction and build strong relationship and good rapport with existing/prospective customers
Requirements
* 7+ years experience
* Required skill: JSP, Java script, ExtJS, Hibernate, Spring, Web services, XML, Application server(s): Tomcat, JBOSS AS, Websphere, WebLogic etc.
* Tools: Eclipse, Maven and SVN/CVS/Git.
* Preferred skill(s): Oracle and/or MySQL.
Preference will be given to candidates with good communication and analytical skills.
