Skills for Quality Engineering: - Automation Testi ng of business applications
- Experience in QTP/Selenium preferred
- Hands-on programming experience
- Exposure to Java, SQL, XML and Web Services is desirable.
All candidates should possess - BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech degree in engineering from a reputed institute with excellent and consistent academic record
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

How to Submit a Referral 1. Log in to the employee referral application at: https://apex.oraclecorp.com/pls/htmldb/f?p=15398. If prompted, enter your Single Sign-On user name and password. 2. You will be directed to the Employee Referral page. Verify the information in the Employee Details section and update the information, if needed. 3. Complete the fields in the Candidate to be Referred section. Please specify IRC/JOL ID as
IRC1548527 for Applications Development candidates and IRC1548536 for Quality Engineering candidates. 4. Click Save to save an incomplete referral for submission at a later time or click Submit to submit the referral to the recruiting team. Incomplete referrals are saved to the My Pending Referrals page. Click the Edit button to update or submit an incomplete referral. 5. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon submission of the referral. You can view submitted referrals on the My Referrals page. 6. Go to the Employee Referral page to submit another referral.
