Position: J2ee Team Lead (WebSphere Portal)
Location : Chennai
Essential Experience:
• 7+ years of IT experience
• Good understanding of Corporate Banking, Financial services within relevant jurisdiction
• Competence in industry standard methods, frameworks preferably RUP
• Able to manage the work of the team of 8+ analysts on a day to day basis including task allocation, estimation of (function point or industry standards) of solution (in Java / J2EE area) to requirements, task tracking and project status tracking.
• Able to escalate issues clearly and rapidly at the earliest opportunity to Programme and possibly senior management
• Must have experience in team leading Experience in Web sphere Portal Server 6.1.2, Web Content Management and / or SAS Business Analytics tools.
• Strong experience in J2EE development, Core Java, OOAD, UML
• Must have experience in using Rational Tool sets like Rational Software Architect
• Must have experience in all SDLC stages like Design, Coding, Testing and production implementation
Desirable:
Knowledge of banking domain especially channels.
Educational Qualifications: MCA/ B.Tech/BE
