• Strong analysis / design skills troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Portal or IBM Portal technology stacks
• Ability to work closely with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to Test Driven Development and continuous integration testing
• Experience with leading Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven etc.
• Sound knowledge of the SDLC
