We are in urgent requirement for Team Lead for reputed client i.e. Royal Bank Of scotland (RBS) in Delhi/NCR
Job Profile:
• Minimum of 6.5 years experience in system development involving Java Technologies and other Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, GWT, MQ,WebSphere 5/7, Struts, IBM HTTP Server, SiteMinder, Linux.
• Must be conversant with J2EE technologies (EJB, JMS, Webservices, JSP, Servlets) and Internet technologies e.g. HTML, Javascript, Ajax.
• Experience in creating architecture documents, design documents for complex enterprise projects.
• Experience in team leading.
• Experience in Hardware sizing.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
• This role is of a Team Lead responsible for Overall Project delivery.
• May have to participate in requirement analysis phase to understand the requirements.
• Effort Estimation and Task assignment to assist project manager in creating project plan
• Proactively highlight risks and issues to project managers.
• Will attend daily/weekly status calls with his/her counterparts.
