1.To lead development team on varied platforms using J2EE Technologies (Java, EJB, JSP, Servlets Java Beans, Web services), Struts, Spring, Hibernate,
.2. To contribute in project planning ,estimation ,designing , implementation and integration
3. Involved in estimation, impact analysis, sustaining engineering and enhancement of the project.

4. Should have hands on experience in Project estimation, execution, planning etc.
