1. Project Managers / Sr. Project Managers - Siebel Integration
Job Description:
Experience: 8 to 12 years
8-12 years of application design and development experience in Middleware Integration technologies, with 2-4 years of experience as a development lead using Siebel Integration Objects extensively.
Experience of leading and mentoring the teams while delivering the mission critical applications.
Extensive Design skills using Siebel Integration Objects like EAI Siebel Adaptor, Integration Workflows, EAI HTTP Transport, EBC & VBC.
Experience of integrating Siebel with CTI, SMS apps.
Experience of integrating Siebel with BI apps.
Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration (middleware) technologies and techniques Experience in database modeling and design on Oracle.
Hands-on experience with and working knowledge of the following:
Designing for High Availability 24x7 data centre environments (mandatory).
XML, XSLT & XSD (mandatory).
J2EE / SOA / Webservices (mandatory).
Oracle (mandatory).
Proven experience of delivering quality solutions on a fast-moving business environment.
Experience working with multi-cultural & multi-national software development team.
2. Project Managers / Sr. Project Managers - Order Management
Required Skills:
Overall 8-12 years of end-to-end Siebel implementation experience. Out of which 2-3 years in telecom domain.
Siebel Asset Based Order Management hands on project experience and formal training. Full asset life cycle experience necessary - Quote to Order, Order to Asset and Asset to Quote.
Siebel eConfigurator experience or product and pricing training.
Experience of integration and use of integration objects and data maps.
Experience of web-services. The candidate must be able to explain how Siebel uses WSDL files and know how to test web services using web service simulator tools.
Expert in Workflow design and able to demonstrate ability to avoid over customization, for example script.
Scripting experience is required but candidate must be expert enough to be able to avoid scripting.
Some EAI Experience and/or experience or knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware or BPEL
Proven experience of delivering quality solutions on a fast-moving business environment. Experience working with multi-cultural & multi-national software development team. Experience of leading and mentoring the teams while delivering the mission critical applications.
3. Siebel Architects /Technical Leads
1. Deep understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Siebel CRM applications, coupled with good understanding of business processes (order management, Sales, Inventory etc).
2. Proven track record and successful implementation of large and highly visible transformational Siebel CRM projects.
3. Telecom experience.
4. A minimum of 6 years application, data and integration architecture experience.
5. Solid knowledge of Siebel 8+ CRM Application Architecture.
6. Familiarity with integrating Siebel CRM with Avaya or Genesis, real time integration with other applications via ESB.
7. Experience implementing Siebel Analytics.
8. Solid understanding of Siebel Data model and Data Architecture.
4. Siebel Marketing Campaign Lead
The candidate should be able to interact with process analysts to translate requirements into high level and detailed system designs. Will be responsible for performing technology gap assessment between “as-is†and “to-be design†for the project. Should be able to provide effort estimates for implementation. Should have excellent communication skills.
Technical Experience:
The candidate must have strong experience in Siebel Marketing and Marketing Analytics. Should have experience in Siebel Web marketing module, specifically Marketing Campaign Management. Should be conversant with Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, assignment manager and EIM.
Candidate should be conversant with Siebel implementation best practices. Should have Siebel design experience in at least 2-3 projects and have a minimum of two complete life-cycle implementation projects experience.
